We are working our usual 9 – 5.30 hours from Monday to Friday in accordance with the UK government’s guidelines including, working from home, travel restrictions and applying our continuity plans.
Supply Chain and Customer Impacts
The entire global supply chain has been impacted due to Covid-19 which has led to large-scale disruption in manufacturing, mining, processing and logistics services. LCR realises the impact is resulting in some reduction of product availability and delivery reliability in the short to mid-term and have taken steps to mitigate any inconvenience to our clients wherever possible. We are in constant communication with our warehouses, suppliers and others to determine any potential impacts or delays and the situation remains dynamic. LCR will provide updates as we learn more. Meanwhile it would be of assistance if you can advise as soon as possible if your order is very urgent and we will work with our counterparties to try to prioritise.
LCR is committed to continuing to provide the superior products, service and support that our customers have come to expect of our company. Of course, some shipments, analyses, sampling and processing work may take a little longer than usual at the current time. However, we will keep you informed and focus on urgent orders to ensure they arrive on time, especially for key and critical industries who we understand are continuing operations throughout the Covid-19 outbreak.
